Jacob Henry began working towards his real estate career over 15 years ago working in the financial services world. Jacob's background includes marketing, loan origination, customer service, management and risk management. These combined experiences and knowledge paired with real estate education helped develop Team JHenry Real Estate which has quickly become one of the top real estate teams in the St. Croix Valley and surrounding areas. Serving both Wisconsin and Minnesota, the team has developed extensive knowledge of the markets in these communities and specializes in various types of properties that are common in these locations. Jacob proudly welcomed Jenny Wohlberg and Lori Erickson to the team in the last few years which continued to grow the team's past experiences in business and growth to their networking capabilities. Team JHenry is passionate about being part of the communities, serving within the communities when possible and continuing their knowledge of what drives the real estate market in the covered areas. This dynamic team focuses on being grounded in their practices and programs to help buyers, sellers and investors achieve their real estate goals.

Hi, I’m Jenny Wohlberg, a real estate agent who’s passionate about helping people find the perfect fit — whether that’s a first home, a smart investment, or the right space for a new chapter. I specialize in working with first-time buyers, investors, and folks looking to downsize, and I pride myself on being a good listener with a strong work ethic.Real estate can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to make it feel simple, approachable, and maybe even fun. When I’m not helping clients, or tending to our many rental properties, you can usually find me at the cabin with my husband, surrounded by family, friends, and a whole lot of laughs.Let’s find what moves you.
 
After spending thirty years in dentistry and being deeply involved in overseeing my parents’ various endeavors in rental properties, and mobile home parks, I decided to leave the dental industry to focus my efforts on real estate. Through this journey I gained a wealth of experience in effective management, leadership, attention to detail and excellent communication.  But beyond just the professional skills, what truly drives me is a passion for helping others. Real Estate is not just about transactions for me; it’s about making a difference in people’s lives. And at the heart of it all is my commitment to learning and growing, because I believe that’s how we truly thrive in both business and life.  My husband, Ryan, has worked as a Mechanical Designer for an Engineering Company for over 25 years. We reside in the East Metro along with our two children and dog, Kola. We love the area’s charm, from the Gateway trail to the many fantastic restaurants and shopping options. Together, my husband and I have built, owned, and sold several homes in the Twin Cities area, enjoy doing house projects of our own, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
